We keep manpower on our rolls, pay salary to them from our organization, take care of all statutory requirements in respect of such manpower and provide them to different organizations against their specific requirements. We charge to such organizations availing these services from us salary of such candidate, statutory dues i.e. PF, ESI etc. and 10% of candidate’s salary as our service charges.
